Our rapidly-growing team is seeking a part-time legal intake specialist to join our team on a contract basis! You’ll survey prospective clients and communicate with them on the details of their case, manage new client onboarding and data entry, and help our lawyers book and manage their appointments. We will provide the necessary training and resources to help you in your role. Responsibilities

W

Screen and respond in a timely manner to incoming consultation requests from potential clients

W

Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through the onboarding process

W

Communicate directly with clients via email and phone to make sure they complete the consultation onboarding process in a timely manner

W

Schedule video appointments in Microsoft Teams and Zoom platforms upon request from the client or lawyer

W

Contact the clients after the consultation has been completed to request feedback and answer their questions regarding representation with the firm

W

Manage and categorize the database of existing and prospective clients

W

Properly manage client payments with case management software

W

Collect statistical and analytical data from case management software

W

When needed, enter data about prospective clients in Asana and other CRM systems

Qualifications

W

Bachelor's Degree

W

Previous customer service or sales experience

W

Minimum language score CLB 9 (IELTS 8,7,7,7)

W

Outstanding communication skills and Client First mindset

W

Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and attention to details

W

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

W

Experience with Clio Case Management Software and Asana, an asset

Compensation
