Book a Consultation

We would be delighted to have an opportunity to connect with you and discuss your immigration matter.
Choose your Immigration Lawyer below.

Being a fully cloud-based law firm we hold all of our legal consultations through video-conference or phone calls. Once you book a legal consultation with Canadian Immigration Lawyer and pay the fee you will be provided with a link to the Immigration Intake Form where you can describe your matter in more details and attach relevant documents if applicable.

You have an option to choose between booking a 25-minute or 50-minute legal consultation with Canadian Immigration Lawyer. The fee for the consultation is listed beside each lawyer. If the consultation extends beyond the allocated time, you will be billed for the additional time spent, in 6 minute increments, pro-rated based upon the listed amount.

Disclaimer: Lawyer reserves the right to limit the topics discussed during the consultation session. Some questions and answers require legal research. The 25 minute or 50 minute consultations do not allow enough time to review the immigration forms and supporting documents for an application, or to review the documents related to your past immigration history. If you require these services, the first step is to book a consultation.

Confirm you book a consultation with Canadian Immigration Lawyer

Did you know that you can confirm that you are booking a consultation with Canadian Immigration Lawyer who is fully accredited in Canada by checking the Provincial Law Society webpage? Every Province and Territory in Canada has a Law Society that keeps track of each lawyer who is authorized to practice law.

To be a practising lawyer in Canada, lawyers must complete approximately 7 years of university education (an undergraduate degree and a law degree). Lawyers also must complete a year of articling after law school and then pass bar examinations. When you hire a lawyer, you are hiring a professional who is bound to ethical standards, who has a duty to keep your information confidential, and who must act in your best interest.
Search by first and last name to confirm that our lawyers are authorized to practice law:
